As the new school year will begin soon, the Year1 students will be promoted to Year2. Some students may unable to be promoted. Our database can only provide the final status of the students.
How can we bulk remove the users from the cohorts (e.g. ENG Year 1 Cohort) in Moodle without delete the users? In this way, we can remove the Year1 students in bulk and then import the promoted students into the Year2 cohorts. This is to achieve the promotion.
