Hi there,

we encounter some problems during the use of the Moodle software, we have already contacted the Articulate team to get support but they said that probably it is a Moodle problem:

• it happens that, at the end of the scorm fruition, moodle does not show the status 'Completed', moreover states are returned such as: not completed, failed, not attempted...that have not been set on the Storyline project (we use only completed/incompleted, passed/failed on Articulate during the creation of the scorm)
• in some cases in moodle, user side, the page says that the module/scorm is completed (blue tick), but on the Admin side on the user log of that module says it is "incomplete" (without the blue tick);
• we have found that, sometimes, the scorm fruition times are not recorded in Moodle despite the correct/complete display of the scorm content; sometimes this problem is solved by deleting the attempt or by re-entering and exiting the scorm lesson;
