We have a course environment where students have to be given feedback on their assignments a few times throughout the course before the can get a final grade. The student will fill out a form and submit it (upload) to the file.
The grader has to check this and supply feedback as well as grading the work. We need the graders to do more than check a box; they need to supply actual feedback in the file to the learner and then upload it.
Entering text in box or providing a grade can be made mandatory but I can't find a way to ensure the grader also supplies a file. Is there a way to do this?
