Hi Muhammad, This is how I have been dealing with the Global Question Bank (as I understand it) :

When you create a question bank - you can create it as 'Top for system', 'Top for Category' or 'Top for course'.

• If you create a question bank at a 'Top for system' level, the questions will be available for all categories and courses.
• If created at a 'Top of category' level - they will be available for all courses under that category.
• If created at a 'Top of course' level, the questions will be available for quizzes in that course only.

For questions that will be used in quizzes across multiple categories or courses - create a question bank at a 'Top for system' level.

When you edit a question in the question bank - it gets changed centrally and the change will be visible in all the places where the question has been used. (Even old quiz attempts). So, you don't need to go into every quiz and edit the question - just edit it once in the question bank.
