If you have not provided payment details to us then you will not have to pay anything. As Kelly has pointed out once your 45 day free trial ends your site will be suspended and subsequently deleted if you don't choose to provide payment details.
None of us at Moodle know your payment details. They are stored securely with our payment provider.
If you would like to delete your site you can log in to your MoodleCloud portal (https://moodlecloud.com) and delete your site under the "Tools" tab. You can also perform a backup/export here if you like.
