Hi,
Towards the end of your trial you'll receive email notifications prompting you to upgrade your site to a paid plan, at which point you'll be asked to enter your payment details.

HI
The MoodleCloud free 45 day trial does not ask you to add any payment details. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, then your site is deleted. There is no subscription charges.

Correct. If you signed up on 24 May 2021 for a 45 Day Free Trial plan and you didn't upgrade, then your site would have been suspended already (on 8 July 2021). Let me know if you have an additional questions.

If you have not provided payment details to us then you will not have to pay anything. As Kelly has pointed out once your 45 day free trial ends your site will be suspended and subsequently deleted if you don't choose to provide payment details.
None of us at Moodle know your payment details. They are stored securely with our payment provider.
If you would like to delete your site you can log in to your MoodleCloud portal (https://moodlecloud.com) and delete your site under the "Tools" tab. You can also perform a backup/export here if you like.
