In the part B, learner's IP address has been changed during the taking quiz.
Multiple quiz sessions are created for a learner in the following cases:
(1) Learner's IP address is changed during the taking quiz (e.g. Wi-Fi handover).
(2) Learner takes the quiz using multiple devices or web browsers.
When the learner performs an operation in one session, the Moodle system determines that other session has ended.
I guess the learners answer will be submitted automatically when the system determines that the quiz session is over.
