It would be super easy to make your own in powerpoint. I build little graphics at my job all the time that we use in training (and I get a million compliments on our awesome graphics which makes me laugh, a lot, as, well...I built it in ppt and I'm NOT a graphic designer...I also created little avatars to represent staff and now people are like, do me! or I have a beard now can you update the graphic?).
You can take pictures or other images and use the freeform draw tool to outline parts if you aren't super artistic (me) to build fun hair and make shadows and such. Takes a bit of time but ... not difficult.
