I's using Moodle 3.11 on Bluehost shared hosting.
Bluehost is only able to run Cron once every 20 minutes, and we are not yet ready to switch to a different provider, so I tried following the Moodle Docs (https://docs.moodle.org/311/en/Cron) to set up third party cron service to run every minute.
I unchecked "Cron execution via command line only" in site administration, set a password, and pasted the link into cron-job.org.
Cron-job.org then reports that it runs cron successfully:
The problem is, when I go to site administration/notifications Moodle reports that Cron has not been run. Also, looking at the scheduled tasks, none of them have been executed.
When I paste the cron link into my browser and run it manually, all of the scheduled tasks execute and the Moodle cron notification goes away.
I tried the other two third party cron services suggested in the Moodle Docs, and they don't work properly either. What could be causing this issue?
