My real question is "When will the latest development release of Moodle 4.0 incorporate the newer course format? Or are we seeing the changes in the current Moodle 4.0 development release? For example, I believe that I noticed that topics would be collapsable in Moodle 4.0, but I don't see this yet in Moodle 4.0 Development.
