We are unable to isolate what is causing this issue.
We noticed that some courses are not copying with the background image in the certificate, while others do.
I thought it may have had something to do with Manager permissions, so I tried with my admin account instead.
Two different courses, each with a custom certificate that I can preview as having a working background image.
One copied and I have no background image. Another copies and there is a background image.
Same process to copy and view in both cases, as an admin. Managers are having a similar issue.
I then returned to the Master courses and reloaded the image, thinking that if I loaded it as an Admin (because I wasn't certain if a Manager did), it might fix it as it may be based on who loaded the original image. The course that was not loading was still not loading the image.
The fix is to simply reload the background image in any copied course. However, it would be great to figure out what is going on
