I come to you all with 2 questions.
Firstly, is there a way, in Moodle (3.5) to have a "block log".
To explain the situation, I have a HTML system block on the frontpage, that is made to appear only on the course main pages.
Someone deleted this block in a course (with all the instances of this block), not reading the warning message before deletion.
Is there a way for me to know who did this, so that I can explain to him / her how to hide blocks ?
Secondly, if I change permission on this block, I see it's for "HTML Block" and not my block name. Does that mean it'll affect all the HTML block or just this one.
For example if I forbid the teacher role to delete this specific HTML system block, will they be able to delete other HTML blocks in their courses ?
Also, I am an admin but I don't have access to the server files.
