Error 403 Forbidden when using new installed Plugin

Hello,

I installed the newest version of the H5P Plugin in my Moodle. After everything was successful installed, I went to my course and created the new activity "interactive content". On the new side I can make some settings like uploading a H5P File but I can't use any elements from H5P. I already did this like 1 year ago or so but when looking into the developer tools from Firefox I get a lot of error messages.

Looking at the page where I think the content modal should pop up, it says "Waiting for Javascript" instead of showing me all the H5P content types.

H5P Loading Javascript

And the errors are shown here:

Errors while trying to create H5P Content

I understand that these errors aren't thrown from Moodle but there must be something with the PHP settings from the Server or? Does anyone know where shall I look to get rid of these errors?
