Still looks terrible on app. Formatting and text on webpage looks great and the same content on mobile app is different text, font and so on - dirty code I assume but not sure on a quick way to fix other than re-doing all my course content. Re-coding is way too slow. Any tips to why this is happening?

In order to help you with that I would need to know which classes are being applied the the text to change the size of the text.
Also, you can try the version 3.9.5 (currently in beta, check this link for the iOS version (https://testflight.apple.com/join/XJYFxQ1C)) to check if this has been solved, or wait to the app to upgrade in a near future.
