Need Older Version of Custom Certificate Plugin

Hello,

I have been trying to get the custom certificate plugin to work but it isn't getting installed. I am currently using Moodle 3.9.1+ (Build: 20200822). 

I downloaded the zip file under version 3.9.1 (2020061502) 

from the link https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_customcert/versions

It looks like this file only works for Moodle version 3.11

Is there an older plugin I can install for version Moodle 3.9.1+ (Build: 20200822) ?

I just downloaded that file and check the version.php file. It says $plugin->requires = 2020061500; so it should work fine on your Moodle site. Are you getting an error?

Thanks for getting back to me Mark. I asked my (more skilled) colleague to try it as well. It looks like it was a permission issue at the server level. It's now taken care of. Thank you for your help.
