The profile page options can't be customized directly but "some" of these items are permission or setting bases. Forum posts discussions is an admin setting. Search for it and you can turn it off. Blogs notes and learning plans are a mix of settings or permissions. Some Reports can also be controlled with permission settings. Who are you wanting to hide these from? Authenticated users? If so search the authenticated user permissions for the terms there on the profile page to see which ones you can "toggle off".

We are on 3.9 and would like to turn off the links under both Miscellaneous AND Reports, so they are not visible to students, but remain visible to other roles. Ideally, we would like to leave them visible so students can see their own reports, but no one else's. We have been playing with a variety of permissions, but haven't found anything that will turn off these reports without turning off something elsewhere. If you have any solutions, we would praise you forever smile
