We would like to ask for your assistance on an issue we have come across. There were some problems with certificates issued to students, these were removed by deleting the activity where the certificates were set to be issued from. We re-created the activity, manually gave the students grades and tried to get the certificates issued.
Unfortunately they do not seem be re-issuing automatically, is there perhaps some data in the database preventing this? We have been through all the tables pertaining to Custom Certificate and cannot see the large number of records that should be holding us back.
