I am in a peculiar situation in my Moodle instance in regards to onboarding new hire employees in our organization. New hire employees are required to take a handful of training courses. With the Auto Enrol plugin I am able to have all new hires auto-enrolled into courses when they initially login to Moodle.
I'm wondering if there is a way to get all new hire users to be auto-enrolled into courses when they are added to the Moodle platform, so before they ever actually login. It's important for me to figure this out because new hires don't necessarily login when they actually get hired, HR needs to know immediately the new hire users enrolled into courses, etc.
From what I can tell no system settings or anything from the Auto Enrol plugin is able to accomplish this. Is there maybe a way to write a cron job that does something like this? Anyone have any ideas? Any help or insight would be so much appreciated. Thanks everyone.
