Unable to add a new H5P activity

Hi everyone,

I am currently on Moodle 3.8.1 (Build 20200113) and using H5P plugin v1.21.0. and my course with the issue is with the plugin MultiTopic Format.

The issue is when I try to "+ add an activity or ressources" -> "H5P Interactive Content"  I got this error message :

error/invalidhvp

I don't know why there is that error. Other courses on the MultiTopic format can add new H5P activity without issues so it's a problem with the courses (I suppose).

Has anyone ever seen that error log before ? I couldn't find a disccusion about it.
