My moodle is in Chinese and English, and the emails received by the students are in Chinese. I hope the feedback emails are in English. What should I do?

Your sit eis in Chinese (mandarin), the emails are Chinese (mandarin),b ut your feedback files are NOT Chinese (mandarin)? This seems to be that your files need to be checked, Moodle has no control over your feedback files, it will simply take whatever you give it.

Sorry about the confusion let me rephrases it . So the website is in both english and mandarin.The default language of the website is in English. However , the automatic mail that the website send to the client students are in mandarin. I need to change it to english.

Have you checked the users preferred language in their profile? Moodle will send emails in the site default language unless it is overridden individually in the user profile.
