Section C has 5 questions. The test-taker has to get ALL five questions correct in order to score the full 10 marks. All or nothing condition.

How do I set the above condition for section C in the Moodle Quiz activity?

Suppose a student scored 77 points for all sections excluding section C. Assign a value of say 1000 points for each of the five questions in section C. In the gradebook, adjust the score using an item with calculation. For example, if the grade is 5077 it must be modified by subtracting 5000 and adding 10 points for a final grade of 87. If the grade is 4077, it must be modified by subtracting 4000 for a final grade of 77. If the grade is 3077, change it to a final score of 77, and so on. The calculation shouldn't be too hard to write.

Have you tried giving the quiz "C" 10 points, in the Maximum Grade textbox, instead of the default 5 points when you create it?
