Thanks Rick, I think we may have found the problem, I think the default settings for the activity completion changed in the upgrade. Our SCORMs activity completion settings were locked (to protect data retention) so we were unable to open and see the settings in the LMS.

We are also using 3.11 & facing same issue - Course completion is not happening.
As we are first time user of Moodle & are new to it can you please help us understand the solution & exact steps to do & how.

Hi Ash,

We are currently still reviewing the process, but it seems that with the Moodle update to 3.11, the default settings for the SCORM package activity completion was slightly different. As the SCORM activity completion is locked we can't open it and adjust without losing completion data. We are currently looking at accessing the database to avoid opening the activity completion settings and losing completion data.
