I'm currently having an issue with some users when attempting to complete courses on our site. Some of the users are completing the course, but not receiving their certificates, when I investigated I found that the sco_launched event was happening multiple times when a user clicked into the course..
Usually this only happens once, when the user initially starts the course. But every time this error occurs the sco_launched event is appearing multiple times in the log.
This is only happening to a very small percentage (2%) of users.
I was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on why this would happen?
