I'm currently completing the Moodle installation as suggested. I made a few customization changes to Bitnami's Moodle, so if I can't migrate the Bitnami content to this Moodle server I'm doing, I'll have to redo the customizations again, luckily I was just getting started. I greatly appreciate your suggestion, I was really concerned about avoiding problems in the long run.
