We are using Moodle cloud version 3.9 and SEB 3.1.
Some students have had trouble getting on to their quiz run under SEB. They have downloaded SEB and we have given them an access file. When they open the access file to do the quiz, it takes them to the quiz page with the button to start quiz, however when they click the button nothing happens.
It all works on my computer, so I have downloaded SEB and the access file to a different computer and am able to access the quiz, so I am confused.
Are you able to give me any words of wisdom?
