If you go inte the text resource there is only a simple textbox for inputting the main text. You can write text there, but the only things that will be formatted are recognized URLs (type http.//google.com) and Smileys
When you go into the webpage/HTML resource you are presented with a full Rich Text Formatting window which allows you to do all kinds of formatting
code. (JS code in most other windows of Moodle are automatically stripped)
. But if you just write some text in the HTML window it will look the same as if you'd done it in the "text" resource.
