Are there videos or webinars that walk through creating a competency? I'm quite tech savvy, have read through the docs, have been writing plugins for moodle versions 2.6, 3.0, 3.6, and 3.10, and have been the admin for our system for more than 6 years. I still have not been able to set up competencies for us to try/implement.
Things I have done:
- Enabled competencies
- created 2 test frameworks
I don't know how to add criteria to a competency framework. It doesn't make much sense to me.
