How to keep login page as landing page with guest access enabled

Hi.

We're using 3.10.

We want to give guest access on one course with a sample of our content. So, I've followed the instructions for setting up guest access - first as admin, then enabling it for the course.

As soon as I enable the guest access button, the landing page changes from the login page to the front page. How can I allow guest access, but keep the login page as landing page? (so anyone who goes to our site url sees the login page only)

(I don't really need the button either - will share a link to the course with those who need it - though don't mind it being there.)

Any help appreciated.

Thank you!

Jessica

You can’t.

Why not create one account that you share the username and password with anyone who needs it. Doesn’t need a real email address (could be guest@example.com). Enrol that account in your demo course(s) as a student.
