Hi All,

I've installed the Zoom plugin and get a

Connection status: Connection working.

message on the Zoom Plugin settings page.

HOWEVER when I try to add a Zoom Meeting to a course I get:

Unable to find your account on Zoom. If you are using Zoom for the first time, you must activate your Zoom account by logging into https://us02web.zoom.us/. Once you've activated your Zoom account, reload this page and continue setting up your meeting. Else make sure your email on Zoom matches your email on this system.


If I go to Zoom to set up the JWT can see the message:


Can anyone clarify what I'm doing wrong please?

I've tried this again and it works if I use the user with the same email account as the Zoom account.

How can I allow my Moodle users to set up the Zoom meetings please?

The plugin uses JWT which requires that the users be members of your account and as you discovered, the user emails are used by default to match to the Zoom user accounts.
