Moodle where it has the template to generate the climaintenance.html file, I know that if I create one inside the moodledata folder, Moodle by default takes it as if it were in maintenance mode, for now I have created a file called climaintenance.template.html which is the one that shows my personalized message and when going to maintenance mode based on that template climaintenance.html is created.
If a custom text is inserted from the Moodle web interface to activate the maintenance mode. Moodle prioritizes that message and creates a climaintenance.html file different from the custom one and with the template that it brings by default, so I would like to know where does Moodle create that template for the climaintenance.html file? I have also tried to modify the theme boost in your maintenance.php and maintenance.mustache files but those changes are not adopted.
The version I use is Moodle 3.10.4
