I suppose you want to access a site in localhost for development, right? I would suggest that you use something like ngrok, it will save you a lot of headaches.
The way I do it, once you have ngrok installed run the
ngrok http 80 command and you will see something like
http://123456789.ngrok.io -> http://localhost:80, then you can go to your moodle site and add this to your
After doing this, you should be able to access your site from anywhere using
123456789.ngrok.io in the app.
