I have a student getting the above message on the app when they try to log in....
- they are the only student reporting this
- they say they have deleted and reloaded the app
- they are able to login to and use the web version without issue
- there is no entry in the external tokens table for this student.
Can anybody help or suggest a way forward? I have no idea
