The payment is successful through PayPal and got the return page like "Thank you for your payment! Unfortunately your payment has not yet been fully processed, and you are not yet registered to enter the course". I have seen similar posts on the problem but I couldn't find the exact reason for this.

I checked with HTTPS conversion inside the moodle and changed the IPN notification enabled in PayPal but not helped. Any help is appreciatable.
