Pls let me know how i can acheive the following task ?
I want to make auto assign newly registered users to specific cohorts (say new comers).
My objective is all newly registered users should have 1 month access to all categories / courses and after 1 month they should be auto unenrolled if they didn't make the payment . (Once they make the payment we will assign them to paid cohorts category where they have full access to the course)
Here what I'm going to do.
1. Add new cohorts as "New Comers"
2. Allow Cohort Sync as enrolment method under courses
3. Make newly registered members to be auto assigned to the "New Comers" Cohorts (This is what i don't know how to do)
4. However, as Cohort Sync enrolment method doesn't have an option to set enrolment duration, I should have a possibility to remove cohorts members manually after a month if required.
Therefore, even the new students are being auto assign to the "newcomers" cohorts, admin should have an option to remove /add the members of that cohorts manually as well.
