I have setup a Moodle for my organisation. When adding user accounts our staff aren't receiving notifications to their email accounts but users using gmail, outlook, .com or .co.uk email addresses are receiving their join up email. Does Moodle not recognise the my TLD?
Our email addresses use the TLD .training. An example our email address would be email@example.com.
Has anyone ever come across this kind of issue before with Moodle and notifications?

- Moodle was install via Moodle installer
