We have 1000's of questions in our question banks organised into categories. (We deliver commercial and apprenticeship training).
We are finding that the lack of tools to help manage them and the inability to search by Tag to be a big problem which means that we are now looking for a 3rd party tool to help with this task.
Some people in my company are looking to put the question's details into some kind of voodoo SharePoint tool. This relies on people keeping it up to date manually so it is never going to be accurate.... I'd like to avoid this at all costs...
I'd rather use a tool that spoke directly to the question bank.
Is anyone using such a tool?
