I'm trying to use this for the first time and I want to preview what my student's certificates will look like. However the activity has zero recipients and I haven't set any conditions. I've also set the local roles for the activity. I don't understand. I can't see their certificiates. Thanks for any help!
It will only issue the certificate if the student has clicked the linked or has been emailed the certificate as an attachment.
THank you for the reply Mark. So how can I generate a preview of the certificate so I know what it's going to look like?
If I click on edit certificate and then preview certificate this is what I get, how can I assure myself that the information will display properly when my students have a certificate?
