I create a new rule using quiz access rules that prevent new attempts in a quiz if the user obtains or surpass a given grade. After testing it, I open the quiz setting to revise some information, without changing anything, when I press save and display the attempt of the user was deleted. Any idea why this could be happening?
Are these real attempts made by a student, or are these previews you did with your admin/teacher account?
I did the attempts with my admin account for testing.
That's why it disappeared when you edited the quiz. It was not a real attempt, just a preview.
To really see what is going on, you need a student log-in. (As useful trick for testing is that you can be logged in as different users in different browsers.)
