I am a Moodle admin, and face this issue alot, i am using Moodle 3.7 and alot of student wgen trying to attempt quiz using Moodle app, when pressing start attempt button they found their attempt submitted too, and when i check it i always found that their is 3 seconds between attempt start time and submittion time, although all of them says that they don't press submit button.
