Moodle Apps Support submission throwing an error

Sorry if this is inappropriate to the forum, but I can't find anyplace else to post this.

If I login to apps.moodle.com, there is a SUPPORT option that lets me ask a question of support (for our premium apps plan). When I try to do that (I need to get some documentation for a renewal of our license which isn't provided in the FAQ), I'm taking the following error:

error/Freshdesk request failed: Invalid response code: 400

Every support contact link I've found on the moodle.com site just points back to that form, or to a FAQ.

I've tried several different browsers all with the same result. I'm posting here because that support page lists this forum as a resource.

Can anyone help, or point me to someone I can contact? Thanks!
