When adding a Competency rule, I select "Mark as complete", then "Points required are met". Unfortunately, I have too many subcompetencies, and I'm unable to see the bottom of the dialog box, and thus I can't save the competency rule. Is there a simple way to add a vertical scroll bar to the dialog box so I can get to the bottom?
I found a solution to this problem, though it's not a perfect solution. If I select a competency to which I wish to add a competency rule, and reduce the width of my browser window so that the 'Selected Competency' box moves below the list of competencies, and then select Edit / Competency rule, the Competency rule dialog box will now take up the whole browser window and will include a scroll bar. It would be more convenient if it just came with a scroll bar by default.
