I have 2 suggestions for Grade export
1) Make it possible to put XLS as the default format. If you want to keep ODS as the Moodle default fine but at least make it possible to change a setting to XLS or whatever format you want and it STAYS as the default.
2) In "GRADE ITEMS TO BE INCLUDED"
Instead of a huge list of items add CATEGORIES for downloads. Really you have two choices right now.
a) Select EVERYTHING and later delete all the grades you dont need in the file
b) DESELECT everything and then select individually all the items you want
(which is very tedious for many items lets say in a unit or in a cycle)\
How about a THIRD OPTION ?????
c) Have a branch structure which shows the categories and a check box for the category
and then within each Category boxes for each individual activity
--> that way if I choose the check box for that specific CATEGORY --> everything inside that category is downloaded and NOT all the other categories
