I'm trying to put a default language in version 3.10.3 in Portuguese, but when it relogates it comes back in English without changing the default language in the configuration, I can't seem to get rid of the English language. could someone help
Did you also update your preferred language in your preferences?
I've done everything, to no avail
I realized that it is only in the admin user, when I create another user it is Portuguese as a standard, but in other versions of moodle it is not so

If it is only the admin user who sees English, then you log in as admin, go to your dashboard - preferences - preferred language - change English into Portuguese.
