What exactly "User Actions" means and can be used in a user report?

Hello,

I am trying Configurable reports on Moodle (3.9.2+ (Build: 20201006)) and when creating a "User report", the column "User Actions" (actions de l'utilisateur in french) for any activity always give 0 for all students even if they have completed the activity.

Someone could explain how to use this parameter?

correction: the parameter is entitled "User module actions"
