Site Access
The only people that will have access to your site will be users that you have enrolled into your course, or users that you have given access to your MoodleCloud site (i.e. Site Admin, Manager, Teacher and so on).
Site Backup
Backing up MoodleCloud data is the user's responsibility. You can read more about how to do that here: https://docs.moodle.org/en/Backup
