Can we add a Program, which is a combination of multiple courses in moodle, like in moodle Workplace version.
Please help, if it is possible.

Only if you'd use the metacourse link enrolment method and subcourse activity module to connect courses. Not as pretty out of the box as WP is, though, but it does the trick.
