Hi there, forgotten password and username linkleads to error code 403.
- Moodle version: Moodle 3.10+ (Build: 20201217)
- error code:
- 403 error code on https://www.lilypads.org.uk/moodle/login/forgot_password.php
- when clicking forgot password link on https://www.lilypads.org.uk/moodle/login/index.php
- Wordpress; 5.7.1
- PHP 7.3.27
- Web server: siteground
- Database: MySQL
- Moodle was installed using siteground
- Debugging is on but nothing is picked up on the logs or on server logs on web server
- Cashe has been cleared
Siteground help have said: file permissions, all files have to be set with 644 - but I'm not sure how to change it if this is the problem
The forgotten password used to work - last checked on the 1st of April, but we've had multiple changes since then, mostly on our Wordpress site so we don't know which could have triggered the error
