Using Moodle 3.10.3, Boost theme, own server.
Our site was previously hosted via Moodle Cloud.
Screenprint #1 is of the Statistics tab of our site from the portal tool in Moodle Cloud.
Is there an equivalent to the portal tool in our Moodle site that provides similar info and displays it similarly? If so, where in our site should we look? Looked at Site Administration, and its respective tabs (screenprint #2), but didn't see anything similar.

I don't think there's anything similar for self-hosted Moodle. For one, there is no definable limit for the number of users you can have on a self-hosted site. Even if you have Moodle running on a tiny server, you can accept any number of user registrations until the site crashes if there are more concurrent users than can be supported. As for 'Files', are you interested in discrete files, the aggregate size, and what kind of files they are? If so there might be something in the Moodle plugins directory. If you're interested in the hard disk space you have left on the site, you will probably have to look into this from the server side -- I doubt there is a way to determine this from the front end admin interface.
