We have an issue where by the lms has synced with the o365 azure host and created and populated all the accounts correctly. However with the delete users option enabled in the o365 configuration when the account is removed from the azure ad the sync does not delete the account in the lms at all.
All the accounts which where deleted have a status of
Synced from Azure AD. Awaiting initial login.
This status means there is no entry for the user in the oidc token and no auth code etc or o365 reference. We checked the user deletions in azure where not in the deleted users group as we waited 60 days to make sure azure actually deleted them. When we ran the user sync with perform full sync the task reached the checking for deleted users but nothing was posted to the task to indicate it deleted anything it then completed the scheduled task and the user accounts remain in the lms?
I cannot determine why the sync task is not deleting the accounts.
