I use moodle 3.8.7 (adaptable 2.4.1) with Configurable Reports 3.9.0, Course dedication 39_2020041000 and Training Sessions 3.7.0.
I tried todayto create a report with Training Sessions for all the students in a course. Actually I wanted to see how much time had the students spent in the course (it was one session with bigbluebutton and it was about 4.5 hours). Not all students had attended the course, but most of them did it.
The problem is that the report was totally wrong. ex student was attending from the beginning (about 4 hours) but Training Sessions show only 1 hour. The same problem with other students that I know they were attending the course., I tried with the other 2 plugins with the same results. (Slightly different time) Even for the teacher, the report (Course dedication) show only 1.5 hours (instead of ~4.5).
I must say that I hadn't enabled server statistics. I don't know if this caused the problem.
What should I do in order to export right reports?
Should students follow some steps? ex. log out before close the browser tab
